How To Use Your Voucher

Your Red Ribbon voucher will arrive in one of two manners – specific by experience or generic by value. Simply follow the steps below depending on which type you have.

Experience Voucher

If you have an Experience voucher, the details of your specific experience with venue details, address and contact number is printed clearly on the front of your voucher. You must contact the venue directly to redeem, clearly stating that you have a Red Ribbon voucher and bring your Red Ribbon voucher along with you on the day and give it to the supplier.

Universal Voucher

If you have a Universal voucher then a clear monetary value will be printed on the front of your voucher and this can be claimed against any gift on www.redribbon.ie. Simply log on to red ribbon, choose any gift and enter your voucher number at checkout. If your voucher does not cover the cost of your chosen gift, then you may top up to pay the difference. Your Red Ribbon Voucher Pack will be sent to you in the post along with details of how to book.

Hotel Voucher

If your voucher is for a hotel break, logon to www.redribbon.ie/hotelbreaks and follow the online instructions.

Next, insert your desired dates of travel and browse the listed hotels.

Finally, call us on the customer service number indicated on www.redribbon.ie/hotelbreaks and we will book your break for you.
