1. Where can people use their Redribbon Gift Box?
Each box contains a list of dozens of places where you can enjoy a unique experience. The recipient of the box must select one experience from this list. Once you have chosen, you must go online to redeem and book.
2. Does the recipient need to pay anything towards their Redribbon Experience?
No, the box is purchased in store or online which means that the recipient can enjoy a fully paid experience.
3. How do I book my Redribbon Experience?
This process is detailed in your Redribbon Booklet. You log onto www.redribbon.ie/giftbox and enter your Unique Box Code displayed at the bottom of your voucher (see window on back of the box). The redribbon system will see if that gift box has been purchased.
A full list of experiences listed in this box will then appear on screen and you Confirm your preferred experience.
When booking directly with the Experience Provider, please quote the Confirmation Code and present your voucher.
4. How long is the box valid for?
Boxes are valid for 9 months from issue date. The expiry is displayed on the voucher in your box.
5. How many experiences do I get in each box?
Each box contains dozens of different experiences, but you only get to enjoy one. You must choose your preferred experience.
6. My voucher is out of date, can this be extended?
